The Great Garden Fair

Thank you to everyone who attended the Great Garden Fair on Sunday 19th June. Special thanks to Kezia Purick for opening up her home, to Marc Gallagher who brought along his ponies for the pony rides, which were a great hit, to Di who had some beautiful glasses for sale, to Karen Duminski who helped with the blind date with a book, to Helen Gordon for bringing along the incubator so we could watch chickens hatching, to the Dupree family who worked the BBQ and soft drinks alongside our Wildcare volunteers.

Winner of the Jelly Beans comp was our very own, Kate Poole.

Winner of the Scat competition was the Kidson family who really know their stuff – out of 26 entries, theirs was the only one that was 100% correct – the goat and sheep fooled everyone!

Raffle tickets are still on sale in Kezia Purick’s electorate office at Coolalinga – if you haven’t got a ticket, better get in for some great prizes. They will also be on sale at the Berry Springs Markets on the 31st July!

Many thanks to all the Wildcare volunteers who helped make the day a huge success. Well done everyone.
